Since we released our first video in 2013 I have found a number of YouTube accounts that have used our footage and even uploaded our entire videos with the purpose of monetizing with them, therefore filing copyright infringement reports is something I do on a frequent basis. This afternoon, however, I received an email from YouTube saying that one of the violators filed a counterclaim indicating that he shot one of our videos:

The video is owned by us ; we took the video and posted in our youtube channal and website ; we claim all the rights of the machine . please restore our video I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled. I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, the judicial district in which YouTube is located, and will accept service of process from the claimant.
