It’s summer 2017. I went to Redondo Beach to enjoy the day and create some time-lapse photo sequences that will be part of a video that covers the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Something similar to our “Silicon Beach” video.
The pier is kind of small but it gets very crowded with people who go there to have fun and enjoy the wide variety of food choices that includes burgers, Basque pintxos, churros, Asian-style seafood, and ice cream. There is also a free weekly event called “Summer of Music” presenting bands that perform live on the pier from July to August every year.
And when the sun starts going down you can see it setting behind the pier (see photo below).
